As a grief and trauma therapist, I am committed to guiding individuals toward finding meaning and purpose as they process their grief. My work is centered around empowering clients to distinguish trauma from grief, normalize their feelings, address the trauma, and most importantly, create new thought patterns. Using EMDR, cognitive, positive, and mindfulness therapy, clients learn to find purpose and happiness.
